Guest room reservations
A limited amount of guest rooms are available at the special conference rate of $116 per room, single or double occupancy plus 14.45% tax and is available up to three (3) days pre- and post-event. BOOK BY MAY 3 TO OBTAIN THIS SPECIAL RATE!

Rate includes complimentary high-speed Internet access throughout the hotel and complimentary access to the fitness center and indoor swimming pool.

Reservation method
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. Please book online and use code Library21 (not a typo).

Alternatively, please call (866) 828-9111 or (508) 775-7775 and mention ‘Mass Library Association’ when calling to ensure the group rate is applied. The reservation department is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax will be required to secure the reservation.

If an individual reservation is cancelled fourteen days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded, less $15.00 service charge and a cancellation number is obtained. If an individual reservation is cancelled thirteen days or less prior to arrival, or does not arrive on the specified dates, the reservation is cancelled for all nights and the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Please note:

• Reservations will be scrutinized against conference registration for accuracy.
• Check-in is after 3:00pm; check-out is prior to 11:00am.

Parking 
Complimentary self-parking is available during day and overnight. Valet parking is not available.
