Sarah Pratt Martin is an Assistant Professor of Practice and the Manager of Curricular Field Experiences at Simmons University's School of Library and Information Science. An archivist by training, her teaching interests include archival studies, community engaged learning, and outreach and advocacy. She teaches "LIS 512: Advanced Field Experiences in LIS" which places students at a local site for a 130-hour field experience under the supervision of an LIS professional.
