Melissa Earls

Melissa Earls is a Head of School at an independent elementary/middle school in Western Massachusetts. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned a Masters with Distinction from Boston College. In 2019, Melissa was named a Klingenstein International Head of School Fellow at Columbia University's Teacher College. In 2021 she completed a certificate program in Diversity and Inclusion through Cornell. Melissa is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Joshua Hyde Public Library Board of Trustees. She lives with her husband, Joe, daughter, Emma (when she's home from college), and two spoiled rescue dogs.
